Honestly, you might be tripping if you think 3-4 hours per day is going to be enough to play on this server. You most likely won't even reach LV40 with that kind of hours; it would take you months and months.

So what you are saying is cash reward = high-quality streamers? This just isn't true when it comes to L2, though; there have been servers with cash rewards for streamers, and the quality of streamers still has been low. Enthusiastic streamers can also be high quality. Lots of L2 streamers miss...

Well, doing business with China is more likely than doing it with Russia at this point, hence it having no value as a language.
