Gludio Tax 15%

The current clan keeping Gludio (and by proxy Gludin) decided to set the tax of the town to 15%, with the current situation of very few new players entering the server, a tax like this makes things even more difficult for them to get armors, weapons, shots, etc.

I suggest attacking Gludio Castle and setting the tax back to 0% as this town is very important for the health of the server)
