No, only sword or blunt weapon type. And sword mastery also don't work with dualswords, but do with two-handed swords.

Equal to One handed sword/Two handed sword

But One Handed sword has less Accuracy than Two Handed one... isn't it?

No, they have the same base accuracy and critical rate, but in C2 extra accuracy and p.atk was added for destoyers with two-handed weapon mastery passive skill.
