How to run it in a windowed mode?

The game is running in borderless mode right now, and I can't move it to another monitor. If you try, it completely breaks the client and you have to restart it. Is there anyway to move the game to a secondary monitor?
 
Bump! The game is running in borderless windowed mode. Give us an Option.ini file that allows us to run the client in proper windowed mode.
