Why exactly this skill exist? I mean, even when bleed work (and it fail alot), all damage is so low, that dont make sense to use it. Is better just use hydro blast and it will do the same dmg, or even more if you use blessed spiritshot.
Someone know any good reason to use this skill?

If casting of Hydro Blast skill is interupted u can use Ice Bolt while waiting Hydro cd

The chance of inflicting bleeding depends on the enemy's Con. All monsters in the game have a fairly high Con. Use this skill in PvP against enemies with low Con, alternating it with your main nuke.
 
In my opnion, this skill should be buffed or reworked. Even in low con characters, the dmg is lower then hydro blast.
 
Didnt got the point of this video. If you use hydro blast you would probably do even more dmg.
 
You're mistaken. Ice Dagger total damage will be greater than Hydro Blast's. Furthermore, the bleed damage and the chance to inflict it are not affected by the target's magical defense.
 
I think so. When i played an Spellsinger. I did Ice dagger with algorithm. Hydro, Bolt, Hydro, Dagger,Hydro. You has a quick castes, so do it your more bitter cast on enemy if PvP. Not cost-effective around PvE.
