Make more raids who can lvl up soul crystal to lvl 11

Until C6 it's very hard to obtain soul crystal lvl 11 for solo players even a cp it's basically impossible. In tows it's easier to find soul crystal lvl 13 for sale then lvl 11, my suggestion would be add chance to lvl soul crystal to lvl 11 in rift or even very strong's mobs like kariks or TOI angels and some extra raid bosses
 
Pretty sure admins won't do this
I can see 3 reasons here:
- This server sees itself as a hardcore one
- High end content is not meant for everybody
- 11 crystals are REALLY NOT (!!!) that expensive (for solo)

I know they are not expensive but how to buy them if there is none in server? I saw same ppl in trade chat trying to buy it for 3 weeks IAM talking that's it's easier to get SA for top a weapons even s grade but for low a it's basically impossible

Of course, cuz if I as a farmer can level SA to 11, I'd better do it to 12 and earn more...

Solution make lvl 12 and 13 more challenging to get now's it's harder to make lvl 11 then 12 and 13 what's the point of that
