about what exactly do u ask? this is pack of several mods, some of them translate interface and texts to russian...

if you need only "dark UI" - try this https://forum.l2harbor.com/threads/c1-darkui-new-interface.7188/
take only file "L2UI.utx" from archive, place it to "systextures" folder in game folder.
